Sandwich Holistic, located in Sandwich, Massachusetts, is a holistic health and natural wellness practice run by Tara Gustafson. Our services range from therapeutic massage and Reiki, to body contouring massage programs and wellness coaching. We also run frequent workshops and events in areas like: Reiki training, naturopathy, and personal development. This practice is dedicated to helping people cultivate healthy, happy bodies, minds, and lives.

Sandwich Holistic is a practice, not a spa. This means each client is treated as the individual they are. We truly care about each client and making each treatment exceptional. By staying educated in the latest natural health, massage, personal development modalities, and mainstream treatments, Tara has a vast tool box of healing techniques and knowledge to draw from. Regular massage has so many benefits, it's mind boggling. One of these benefits is pain relief for people with many different injuries and conditions.
An example of body contouring massage in action. This is a stroke where the therapist rolls the fatty tissue to break down and flush it from the body.
A good chart we use for our Body Contouring massage clients to explain what cellulite is and how it presents in the body.
In addition to massage for weight loss, Tara also does wellness coaching focusing on the mental/emotional aspects of weight issues.
